Step 1 - Use the contact form below to connect with me, ask any questions you may have to determine if I'm the right fit.
Step 2 - When you're ready to book your first appointment, we'll book you in for a time that works for your schedule. You'll complete an online intake form prior to that appointment.
Step 3 - Get started on your journey to your most aligned life with our first appointment. If you feel I'm the right fit to help you meet your counselling goals, you can book future sessions.
